Philipp Von Hessen-Philippsthal 
Philipp Von was born on December 14th, 1655. Philipp Von's father was Wilhelm VI Von Hessen-Kassel and his mother was Hedwig Sophia Von Hohenzollern. His paternal grandparents were Wilhelm V Von Hessen-Kassel and Amalie Elizabeth Von Hanau-Munzenberg; his maternal grandparents were Georg Wilhelm Von Hohenzollern and Elizabeth Charlotte Von Der Pfalz. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Wilhelm VII Von, Karl Von, Georg Von, Charlotte Amalie Von and Elizabeth Henriette Von. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 65 on June 18th, 1721.General Notes
