Philipp I Von Hessen 
Philipp I Von was born on November 13th, 1504. Philipp I Von's father was Wilhelm II Von Hessen and his mother was Anna Von Mecklenburg-Schwerin. His maternal grandparents were Magnus II Von Mecklenburg-Schwerin and Sophie Von Pommern. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Friedrich Magnus Zu and Anna Zu. He died at the age of 62 on March 31st, 1567.General Notes
Philipp's marriage to Margareta occurred without divorce from Christina, but allowed by the Luthern Church.
