Sofia Von was born about 1375. Sofia Von's father was Henri II Von+ Holstein and her mother was Ingeborg Von+ Mecklenburg-Schwerin. Her paternal grandfather was Gerard III Von+ Holstein and her paternal grandmother is Sophia Von+ Werle; her maternal grandparents were Albrecht I (II) Von+ Mecklenburg-Schwerin and Eufemia+ Folkungaatten. She had a brother named Gerard VI Von+. She was the younger of the two children. She died in 1448.General Notes
