Nikolaus I Von+ was born about 1215. Nikolaus I Von+'s father was Heinrich Burwin II Von+ Mecklenburg and his mother was Kristina+ Sverkeratten. His paternal grandparents were Heinrich Burwin I Von+ Mecklenburg and Mathilde+ Guelph; his maternal grandfather was Sverker II+ Sverkeratten and his maternal grandmother is Benedikta+ Hvide. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Jean I Von+, Pribislaw I Von+, Mechtild Von+ and Margareta Von+. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died on May 10th, 1277.General Notes
