Arnold III Von was born on October 2nd, 1554. Arnold III Von's father was Everwin III Von Bentheim and his mother was Anna Von Tecklenburg. His paternal grandparents were Arnold II Von Bentheim and Walburga Van Brederode; his maternal grandparents were Konrad Von Tecklenburg and Mathilde Von Hessen. He was an only child.
