Anna Von was born after 1485. Anna Von's father was Wilhelm Von Neuenahr and her mother was Walburga Von Manderscheid. Her paternal grandparents were Gumprecht II Von Neuenahr and Margareta Von Limbourg; her maternal grandparents were Kuno I Von Manderscheid and Walpurgis De Hornes. She was an only child.
