She had five brothers and two sisters, named William, Henry, Richard I, Geoffroi II, John+, Matilda+ and Joan. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named William Of Longespee+, Marie+ and Alix+. She died at the age of 52 on October 25th, 1214 in Las Huelgas, Burgos, Spain.
