Adriana Von was born on February 7th, 1449. Adriana Von's father was Johann IV Von Nassau-Dillenburg and her mother was Maria Von Heinsberg. Her paternal grandparents were Engelbert I Von Nassau-Dillenburg and Johanna Van Polanen; her maternal grandparents were Johann II Von Heinsberg and Anna Von Solms. She had a brother and a sister, named Johann V Von and Anna Von. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 27 on January 15th, 1477.General Notes
