James Moorman

James was born on June 27th, 1795 in Marlborough, SC. James' father was Thomas Moorman and his mother was Susannah Crew. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Moorman and Sarah Clark; his maternal grandfather was Joseph H. Crew and his maternal grandmother is Agnes Stone. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Tarleton, Thomas, Joseph, Jesse, Melissa, Agnes and Sarah. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 93 on September 24th, 1888 in Randolph, IN.
