Andrew was born on November 4th, 1689 in New Kent, VA.  Andrew's father was Thomas Moorman and his mother is Elizabeth Macajah Simpson. He had two brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Charles and Mary.  He was the second youngest of the four children.  He died at the age of 67 in 1756.
