Hannah Moon

Hannah was born about 1758 in Cane Creek, Orange Co., NC. Hannah's father was James Moon and her mother is Ann Mendenhall. Her paternal grandfather was Simon Moon and her paternal grandmother is Laurentha Humphrey; her maternal grandfather was John Mendenhall and her maternal grandmother is Ruth Gilpin. She had four brothers and three sisters, named John Peter, Jacob, Thomas, Peter, Charity, Lurana and Rachel. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She died on December 1st, 1781.
