William Mikels

William was born in 1862 in Macon Co., MO. William's father was Samuel Mikels and his mother was Tabitha Souther. His paternal grandparents were John Michael and Sarah Whitaker. He had three brothers and two sisters, named John T., Daniel, James Whitaker, Nancy E. and Elizabeth. He is the second youngest of the six children.
