Susan Lyon 
Susan was born on March 15th, 1742 in Strathmore, Durham, England. Susan's father was Thomas Lyon and her mother was Jean Nicholson. Her paternal grandparents were John Lyon and Elizabeth Stanhope. She had two brothers and a sister, named John, Thomas and Anne. She was the second youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 26 on February 26th, 1769 in Nice, Alpes-Maritime, France.General Notes
