James Butler 
James was born on October 10th, 1610 in Clerkenwell, MIddlesex, England. James' father was Thomas Butler and his mother was Elizabeth Poyntz. His paternal grandparents were Walter Butler and Helen Butler. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John, Richard, Mary and Eleanor. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 77 on July 21st, 1688 in Kingston Hall, Kingston Lacy, Dorset, England. He was buried on August 4th, 1688 in Westminster Abbey, London, England.General Notes
