John Butler 
John was born about 1540. John's father was James Butler and his mother was Joan Fitzgerald. His paternal grandfather was Piers Roe Butler and his paternal grandmother is Margaret Fitzgerald; his maternal grandfather was James Fitzgerald and his maternal grandmother is Amy O'Brien-Ara. He had four brothers named Walter, Edmond, Thomas and James. He was the third oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother named Francis II. He died on May 10th, 1570.-
