Jacob Howard was born on September 16th, 1883 in E. Mahoning Twp., Indiana Co., PA. Jacob Howard's father was George Learn and his mother was Hannah Catharine Black. His paternal grandfather is John Learn and his paternal grandmother was Catherine Rodkey. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Charles, John Roof, Samuel Benton, Hugh Franklin, Matilda, Elizabeth Jane, Anna Belle, Melissa Catherine, Mildred Pearl and Grace Amanda. He was the second youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 74 on August 28th, 1958 in Toboso, Licking, OH.General Notes
