Jacob Learn

Jacob was born on July 27th, 1815 in Salina, Bell Twp, Westmoreland Co., PA. Jacob's father was John Learn and his mother was Elizabetha Ashbaugh. His maternal grandparents were Adam Ashbaugh and Anna Eva Elizabeth Steiner. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Andrew, John, Adam D., George, Peter, Henry, David, William Hezekiah, Susan, Elizabeth, Sarah and Anna Maria. He was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 70 on June 3rd, 1886 in Green Twp., Indiana Co., PA.
