Samuel Hutchins 
Samuel was born on April 7th, 1805 in Surrey, NC. Samuel's father was Patrick Hutchins and his mother is Mary X. His paternal grandparents were John Hutchins and Alice Stanley. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Patrick, Greenberry, James, Isaac, Allie and Temperance. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 79 on January 15th, 1885 in Yadkin, Surry, NC.General Notes
