Rachel B. was born in 1802 in Guilford, NC. Rachel B.'s father was William Hoggatt and her mother was Hannah Reynolds. Her paternal grandparents were William Hoggatt and Hannah Beals. She had a brother and two sisters, named William, Lydia and Susannah. She was the youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 61 in 1863 in Randolph Co., IN.General Notes
