John Hobson 
John was born on January 13th, 1765 in Orange Co., NC. John's father was Jonathan William Hobson and his mother was Sarah Williams. His paternal grandparents were George+ Hobson and Hannah Elizabeth+ Kinneson; his maternal grandparents are Jonathan Williams and Mary X. He had six brothers and seven sisters, named William, Joseph, Samuel, Jonathan, Nathan, George, Mary, Sarah, Hannah, Elizabeth, Deborah, Rachel and Martha. He was the second oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 70 in 1835 in Orange Co., IN.General Notes
