Jackson C. Hobson 
Jackson C. was born in 1831. Jackson C.'s father was William L. Hobson and his mother was Mary Ann Bamberg. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Hobson and Judy Murphy. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named George W., William L., Handsford, Windham, Joseph Robert, John B., Samuel McLaughlin, Francis P., Huldah, Julia Malinda, Irene, Mary Ann and Maria Adeline. He was the second oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 32 on May 16th, 1863 in Vicksberg, MS.General Notes
