George W. Hobson 
George W. was born in 1833. George W.'s father was William L. Hobson and his mother was Mary Ann Bamberg. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Hobson and Judy Murphy. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named Jackson C., William L., Handsford, Windham, Joseph Robert, John B., Samuel McLaughlin, Francis P., Huldah, Julia Malinda, Irene, Mary Ann and Maria Adeline. He was the third oldest of the fourteen children. He died in Did not return from the Civil War.General Notes
