Aaron Samuel was born in September 1832 in IN. Aaron Samuel's father was Arthur Hobson and his mother was Catherine Moffatt. His paternal grandfather was William Hobson and his paternal grandmother is Mary Cashett. He had nine brothers and five sisters, named Joab, Marion, Charles William, Polk, James K., Arville, George Moffatt Dallas, John A., Elisha A., Mary, Rosannah, May E., Missouri and Elizabeth. He was the fourth oldest of the fifteen children. He died at the age of 56 on June 19th, 1889 in Adams Co., IA.General Notes
