Charlotte Amalie Von was born on August 11th, 1730. Charlotte Amalie Von's father was Karl I Von Hessen-Philippsthal and her mother was Carolina Christina Von Sachsen. Her paternal grandparents were Philipp Von Hessen-Philippsthal and Katharina Amalie Zu Solms-Laubach; her maternal grandparents were Johann Wilhelm Von Sachsen and Christine Juliane Von Baden-Durlach.
