James Hamilton 
James was born about 1495 in Hamilton, Clydesdale, Larnarkshire, Scotland. James' father was James Hamilton and his mother is Mary Boyd. His paternal grandparents were James+ Hamilton and Mary+ Stewart; his maternal grandfather was Alexander Boyd and his maternal grandmother is Janet Colville. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named John, James, Helen, Margaret and Janet. He died due to being executed for treason. on August 16th, 1540 in Scotland.General Notes
