George Hamilton

George was born about 1663 in Donalong, Tyrone, Ireland. George's father was James Hamilton and his mother was Elizabeth Colepeper. His paternal grandparents were George Hamilton and Mary Butler; his maternal grandparents were John Colepeper and Judith Colepeper. He had a brother named James. He was the younger of the two children. He died in July 1692 in Battle of Steenkerque, Hainaut, Belgium.
