Joseph Garretson 
Joseph was born about 1713 in New Castle Co., DE. Joseph's father was Casparus Garretson and his mother was Ann Cox. His maternal grandparents were John Cox and Rachel Embree Carr. He had two brothers and four sisters, named John, William, Ann, Rebecca, Martha and Naomi. He is the second oldest of the seven children.
