Ercole II D' was born on April 4th, 1508. Ercole II D''s father was Afonso I D' Este and his mother was Lucrezia De Borja. His paternal grandparents were Ercole I D' Este and Eleonora D' Aragon. He had a brother named Francesco D'. He was the older of the two children. He had three half-brothers named Alessandro D', Afonso D' and Rodrigo D'.
