Eleonora D' Este 
Eleonora D' was born on June 19th, 1537. Eleonora D''s father was Ercole II D' Este and her mother was Renee D' Orleans. Her paternal grandparents were Afonso I D' Este and Lucrezia De Borja. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Afonso II D', Luigi D', Anna D' and Lucrezia D'. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 44 on August 19th, 1581.General Notes
