Nancy Jane was born in 1823 in Crawford Co., IL. Nancy Jane's father was Richard+ Easton and her mother was Elizabeth+ Heaton. Her paternal grandparents were John+ Eastin and Mary Elender+ Orchard; her maternal grandfather was Nm+ Heaton and her maternal grandmother is Eleanor+ Orchard. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named Silas, Daniel+, Stephen, Zacariah, Richard Westeroak+, Jackson, George Washington, Harmon, Sarena Arena, Deliah and Elizabeth.
