James Douglas-Hamilton 
James was born on January 5th, 1703. James' father was James Douglas-Hamilton and his mother was Elizabeth Gerard. His paternal grandparents were William Douglas and Anne Hamilton; his maternal grandparents were Digby Gerard and Elizabeth Gerard. He was an only child. He died at the age of 40 on March 9th, 1743.General Notes
