Anne was born about 1716 in Rendlesham, Suffolk, England. Anne's father is Edward Spencer and her mother is Anne Baker. Her paternal grandfather was John Spencer and her paternal grandmother is Anne Rivet. She had a sister named Elizabeth. She was the older of the two children.
