Catherine was born in 1552 in Everingham, Yorkshire, England. Catherine's father was Marmaduke Constable and her mother was Jane Conyers. Her paternal grandfather was Robert Constable and her paternal grandmother is Catherine Manners; her maternal grandfather was Christopher Conyers and her maternal grandmother is Anne Dacre.
