Henry was born in 1575. Henry's father was Robert Stapleton and his mother was Catherine Constable. His paternal grandfather was Robert Stapleton and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Mallory; his maternal grandparents were Marmaduke Constable and Jane Conyers. He had a brother named Phillip. He was the older of the two children. He had a half-sister named Ursula. He died at the age of 56 in 1631.General Notes
