Adaele De+ was born about 1140 in Of Blois, France.  Adaele De+'s father was Thibaud IV De+ Champagne-Blois and her mother was Mathilde Von+ Sponheim.  Her paternal grandparents were Etienne Henri III De+ Champagne-Blois and Adaele Of+ Normandy; her maternal grandparents were Engelbert II Von+ Sponheim and Uta Von+ Passau. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Henri I De+, Thibaud V De+, Etienne I De Sancerre De, Marie De Blois De+, Agnes De+ and Mahaut De.  She was the second youngest of the seven children.  She died on June 4th, 1206 in Paris, Isle de France.  She was buried in Abbaye de Pontigny, Isle de France.


Adaele De+'s family with Louis VII+ Capet

‌Adaele De+ and Louis VII+ were married in a religious ceremony on November 13th, 1160.  They had a son and a daughter, named Philippe August II+ and Agnes.
