Thibaud V De+ was born about 1130 in Blois, France. Thibaud V De+'s father was Thibaud IV De+ Champagne-Blois and his mother was Mathilde Von+ Sponheim. His paternal grandparents were Etienne Henri III De+ Champagne-Blois and Adaele Of+ Normandy; his maternal grandparents were Engelbert II Von+ Sponheim and Uta Von+ Passau. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Henri I De+, Etienne I De Sancerre De, Marie De Blois De+, Agnes De+, Adaele De+ and Mahaut De. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died in 1191 in Akkon. He was buried in Pontigny, Isle of France.General Notes
