Louis IX+ was born on April 25th, 1214 in Chateau De Poissy, Isle De France. Louis IX+'s father was Louis VIII+ Capet and his mother was Blanca Alphonsa De+ Castilla. His paternal grandparents were Philippe August II+ Capet and Isabelle De+ Hainaut; his maternal grandparents were Afonso VIII De+ Castilla and Alienor+ Plantagenet. He had four brothers named Philippe, Robert I D'+, Alphonse and Charles I Capet D'+. He died at the age of 56 on August 25th, 1270 in Near Tunis, Tunisia.
