John Canaday

John was born on December 6th, 1799 in Lost Creek Mm, Jefferson Co., TN. John's father is Henry Canaday and his mother is Matilda Barnard. His paternal grandfather is John Canaday and his paternal grandmother was Margaret Thornburgh. He had four brothers and a sister, named Benjamin, Jonathan, Frederick, William and Mary. He is the second oldest of the six children.
