William Ryan Boone

William Ryan was born on June 20th, 1775 in Sugartree Creek, Rowan Co., NC. William Ryan's father was Daniel Boone and his mother was Rebecah Bryan. His paternal grandparents were Squire Boone and Sarah Morgan; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Bryan and Alice Linville. He had five brothers and four sisters, named James, Israel, Daniel Morgan, Jessie Bryan, Nathaniel, Susannah, Jemima, Levinia and Rebecca. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He died in 1775 in Powell Valley, VA.
