Israel Boone

Israel was born on January 25th, 1759 in Bear Creek, Yadkin Co., NC. Israel's father was Daniel Boone and his mother was Rebecah Bryan. His paternal grandparents were Squire Boone and Sarah Morgan; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Bryan and Alice Linville. He had five brothers and four sisters, named James, Daniel Morgan, Jessie Bryan, William Ryan, Nathaniel, Susannah, Jemima, Levinia and Rebecca. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 23 on August 19th, 1782 in Blue Licks, Fayette, KY.
