Phebe+ Allen 
Phebe+ was born on February 9th, 1739 in London Grover, Chester, PA. Phebe+'s father was John Allen and her mother was Amy+ Cox. Her maternal grandparents were John Cox and Rachel Embree Carr. She had four brothers and four sisters, named John II, William, Joseph, Benjamin, Rebecca, Emey, Elizabeth and Mary. She was the second youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 48 on October 19th, 1787 in Chester Co., PA.General Notes
