John II Allen 
John II was born on April 8th, 1720 in London Grove, Chester, PA. John II's father was John Allen and his mother was Amy+ Cox. His maternal grandparents were John Cox and Rachel Embree Carr. He had three brothers and five sisters, named William, Joseph, Benjamin, Rebecca, Emey, Elizabeth, Mary and Phebe+. He was the oldest of the nine children.
