Lambert was born in 0425. Lambert's father was King Clodion ("Le Chevelu") von Koln of the Franks and his mother was Ildegonde de Koeln. His paternal grandparents were Chief Theodemir Magnus of the Franks and Valentina Justina; his maternal grandparents are Chief Marcomir de France of Koeln and Princess Ildegonde of Lombardy. He had a brother and a sister, named Ragnacaire and Agia. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 34 in 0459.-
