Ragnacaire was born about 0434. Ragnacaire's father was King Clodion ("Le Chevelu") von Koln of the Franks and his mother was Ildegonde de Koeln. His paternal grandparents were Chief Theodemir Magnus of the Franks and Valentina Justina; his maternal grandparents are Chief Marcomir de France of Koeln and Princess Ildegonde of Lombardy. He had a brother and a sister, named Lambert and Agia. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died in 0467.-
