Constantius III Flavius was born in 0361 in Rome, Italy.  Constantius III Flavius' father was Emperor Flavius Valerius Constantius ("the Great") II of Rome and his mother is Princess Flavia Maximiana Fausta of Rome.  His paternal grandparents were Emperor Constantine Augustus I of Rome and Flavia Maxima Fausta; his maternal grandfather was Emperor Marcus Aurelius Valerius ('Maximianus Herculius') Maximianus of Rome and his maternal grandmother is Eutropia of Syria. He had a brother and a sister, named Piresmesser and Constantia. He had a half-sister named Eusebia.  He died  due to pleurisy at the age of 60 on September 4th, 0421.

‌Constantius III Flavius and Aelia Galla Placidia were married in a religious ceremony.  They had a son and a daughter, named Flavius Valentiniam and Julia Gratia Honoria.
