He had four brothers and two sisters, named Hugh of Vermandois Archbishop, The Pious, Herbert III Count , Count of Meau, Renaud I Seigneur de, Luitgarde (Ledgard) de and Adelaide [Alix] Countess. He was the oldest of the seven children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named "The Cheat" Count of Blois and Gerlotte of. WFT 22, #1246 shows wife as Adelais, Countess of Vermandois Were, anddau. of Gislebert, Duke of Burgundy. WFT 12, Tree #0472 shows wife asAdelaide of Vargy De Challons, dau of Giselbert, Count of Count ofChalon. Both Gislebert's are shown as having a wife named Ermengarde,but one has a father Richard and the other Eliran. We have left both inthe tree as wives of Robert, but we have folowd WFT 22, Tree #1246 toshow the children as the children of Adelais Countess of Vermandois. Isthis correct? We both wives, or is one wrongly identified?
