Andrew Jackson was born on November 16th, 1823 in Rowan Co., Nc. Andrew Jackson's father was Peter Rector and his mother was Mary Kinnick. His paternal grandfather was Peter Rector. He had three brothers and four sisters, named George, Jacob, Mark, Elizabeth, Nancy, Lusinda and Mary Jane. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 80 on January 7th, 1904 in Delaware Co., Ia.-
