Her paternal grandparents were Robert "The Just" De Beaumont Earl Of Leicester and Amice de Montfort Waiet; her maternal grandparents were Hugh II De Grentmesnil and Alice Beaumont. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Robert "Fitz-Parnell", Roger, William De, Geoffrey De, Pernel De, William De, Maud de, Margaret De, Mabel De and Hawise De.
