William Barlow

William was born in 1797 in Washington, Ky.  William's father was Lewis Barlow and his mother was Judah Frances Smith.  His paternal grandfather was Jacob Barlow and his paternal grandmother is Mary Fleshman; his maternal grandfather is Mathias Smith. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Henry, Blewford, Jeremiah, Jane Rebecca, Mary and Sarah.  He is the youngest of the seven children.
