Mildred Chastain Thedford 
Mildred Chastain was born on January 12th, 1910.1 Mildred Chastain's father was Hiram Edward Thedford and her mother was Mary Winnie Crook. Her maternal grandparents were Benjamin Telfair Crook and Martha Elizabeth Chastain. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Fred Watts, Douglas DeWitt, Jewel Irene, Lera Kathleen, Lucille, Shirley Inez and Velma Pauline. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 54 on January 3rd, 1965.1 General Notes
